Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing transactions using POS systems. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales to effectively assist customers. Perform basic math calculations to ensure correct change is given. Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining the cleanliness of the checkout area. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or cashier roles is preferred but not mandatory. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems is advantageous. Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
