FT Snack Bar Supervisor ~ Private School ~Great Career Growth
Hebron, ME

Description:

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a responsible Supervisor to lead our Snack Bar team at a private school in Hebron, ME. The Hourly Supervisor will be directly responsible for building, training, and supervising the team, as well as being hands-on in the operation. A valid drivers license. Reliable transportation is required.

The schedule will be based on the successful training of the Snack Bar team. Monday – Friday, 5pm to 10pm.
What you’ll need:
Cashier experience preferred.
Ability to keep stations stocked with supplies, product, and service ware.
Ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive demeanor required.
Great communication skills preferred.
Excellent organizational skills preferred.
3 – 5 years experience as a Short Order Cook, preferred
Cash handling experience
Experience supervising a team

Pay Type:

$25.00 Hourly

What you’ll do:
Cheerfully and efficiently expedite and process guest purchases, collect funds, and accurately record transactions.
Set up, stock, clean, and maintain the servery and dining hall.
Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and provide service with a smile.
Set up, clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations.
Adhere to SAGE’s safety and allergy prevention policies.
Assist in training new Team Members.
Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
Record all transactions in the cash register system.
Ordering and Inventory
Cash handling
Lead the team
Training new team members
What you’ll need:
