Duties will include helping customers in the store find the right products, testing pool water, answering the phone taking requests for service, troubleshooting pool problems in store and over the phone, helping to keep store shelves stocked, and helping load customers’ purchases. When not performing other duties we will need help with some basic office tasks (filing, stuffing envelops, spreadsheets, and word processing). Some Saturday morning hours during the pool season are necessary. Overtime paid time-and-a-half over 40 hours.

Requirements:

Good phone etiquette Multitasking (moving back and forth working on tasks between helping customers) Lift at least 50 lbs to assist with loading supplies for customers & stocking Good math skills Excellent desktop computer skills Good organizational skills Desired skills: Accounts Payable or Receivable experience Experience with Quickbooks software Experience in the swimming pool industry
