Our ideal candidate has solid mathematical and computer skills and can easily multitask in a busy environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for this position as you interact with our customers and other employees in every department of the dealership. This is a Tuesday through Saturday position.
AUTOMOTIVE CASHIER/BOOKER RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from Service and Parts customers, and records the amount received. Complete and verify accuracy of the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system and close paid tickets. Maintain filing in accounting office. Handling customer complaints and escalating to appropriate manager. Must be able to work Saturdays. Other duties as assigned.
AUTOMOTIVE CASHIER/BOOKER QUALIFICATIONS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must. Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Professional appearance and work ethic. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.
