Avenue 6909 Southwest Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63143 Overview Join our team at 7-Eleven as a dedicated Overnight Associate, working Monday through Friday. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service during the overnight hours. You will be responsible for maintaining store operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and assisting customers with their needs. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases. Supervise store operations during overnight shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and merchandising products. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift. Assist in training new employees on cash handling procedures and customer service standards. Utilize POS systems efficiently for processing transactions. Engage with customers to promote sales and enhance their shopping experience. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with experience operating cash registers or POS systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus. Proven customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Ability to supervise and motivate team members during shifts. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work overnight shifts from Monday to Friday.
