Bakery Crew Member – Quick Service / Prep & Cashier (Hattiesburg, MS) Dog Gone LLC Hattiesburg, MS 39402 About the Role We are hiring energetic, reliable crew members to join a fast-paced bakery-style quick-service food location in Hattiesburg, MS . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with fresh-baked products, engaging with customers, and being part of a friendly, efficient team. We are preparing to train several new team members who are dependable, coachable, and ready to learn all aspects of bakery operations — including prep, baking, register, and cleaning. What You’ll Do Prepare and serve bakery-style menu items to customers Operate register and handle transactions with accuracy Assist with food prep, baking, and product displays Keep workstations clean and follow all food safety procedures Provide fast, friendly, and reliable service — especially during busy mall hours What We’re Looking For High energy and a strong work ethic — we move fast and have fun Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills Comfortable standing for long periods and working near ovens/warm equipment Weekend availability required (especially Saturdays) No experience needed — training provided Bilingual (Spanish-English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Pay & Perks Starting Pay:
$12.00/hour
