This role is key to creating a positive experience for our customers by ensuring fast, accurate, and courteous service. What You’ll Do Greet customers and assist with questions or purchases Accurately process cash, card, and digital payments using a POS system Maintain a balanced cash drawer by ringing up purchases and making change accurately. Bag customer purchases and assist with carry-outs when needed Perform shift duties such as: Sweeping and mopping floors Taking out trash and cleaning spills Restocking coolers and shelves Keeping restrooms clean and stocked Maintaining a tidy, litter-free parking lot Refilling bagged ice as needed Keep checkout areas clean and organized Answer customer questions and resolve issues courteously Follow all safety procedures, store policies, and cleanliness standards What you need At least 18 years old and preferably with High school diploma or equivalent Previous cashier or retail experience a plus—but not required (we’re happy to train) Good communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Dependable and punctual, with flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) Basic math skills and attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs What we bring Join a close-knit, supportive team in a well-established local business Enjoy a positive, community-centered workplace cultureWe are a diverse team of fun and friendly people and look forward to adding another member to our work family.
