The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fast paved casual dining and possess exceptional skills in food preparation, and food safety. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious Pizzas that meet our high standards while ensuring a safe and efficient kitchen environment. Duties Execution of innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Prepare high-quality pizzas in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. Oversee kitchen operations, including food handling, cooking techniques, and sanitation practices. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment. Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality at all times. Utilize knife skills for precise food preparation while maintaining safety standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or fine dining establishment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen equipment operation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively. Passion for culinary arts with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
