The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be fluent in both English and another language, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office management, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting our team in achieving business goals. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and staff coordination. Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Assist in store management by monitoring inventory control and ensuring stock levels are maintained. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new employees. Collaborate with retail sales teams to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer service. Maintain pricing accuracy across products and services offered in the store. Provide support in sales management activities, including tracking sales performance metrics. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff. Skills Proficiency in multiple languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one other language. Experience with payroll systems and understanding of payroll regulations. Background in grocery store or retail management is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail for financial accuracy. Familiarity with interviewing techniques and employee onboarding processes. Knowledge of inventory control practices to ensure efficient stock management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
