Position Summary:

Provides assistance in invoicing, cashier and customer service

Position Responsibilities:

Studies and analyzes accounting records for purposes of preparing statements and reports.
Maintains and verifies records of transactions; receives and disburses money; computes and verifies amounts. Prepares invoices.
Greet customers.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

Organizational skills
Cashier and Customer Service skills
Microsoft Office Skills, preferred
Excellent multi-tasker and handles pressure well

Position Qualifications:

Education:

HS degree or equivalent required

Experience:

1 year of experience as cashier, preferred
Prior accounting experience a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Office Environment
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
