FOOD TRUCK HOURS FRIDAY AND SATURDAY ONLY 9

30pm-3:30am Located uptown Clt As a member of our food truck team, you will be responsible taking customer food orders assist with food prep and keeping working environments clean and stocked . If chosen to move forward

10pm do not apply if you can not interview during these hours Responsibilities Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the Aloha POS system for cash handling and processing transactions. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Take cash and card payments keep track of receipts. Assist in inventory management by restocking items and communicating of items are running low Make sure all grills and warmers stations are cleaned and sanitized. Be able to lift at least 50lbs as you will be responsible for loading and unloading food truck supplies at the beginning and end of each shift Qualifications Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with food preparation techniques is advantageous.
