What You’ll Do:
As a Server/Cashier, you’ll be the face of O’Ya Cantina!
Your role will include:
Greeting and seating guests with a smile that sets the tone for their dining experience. Sharing your knowledge of our delicious Latin-inspired menu, offering recommendations, and upselling our specialties. Taking orders with precision and enthusiasm, and making sure each meal hits the table perfectly. Handling cash and credit transactions responsibly, and always with a smile! Ensuring the restaurant remains clean, organized, and ready to wow every guest who walks through the door.
Who You Are:
Experienced in serving or cashiering, and ready to jump into a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passionate about guest satisfaction and delivering top-tier service. A multi-tasking pro who can handle multiple orders and responsibilities with grace. Team-oriented with strong communication skills, able to collaborate seamlessly with your fellow FOH and kitchen staff.
