!! We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions and assisting customers with their purchases. This role is essential in creating a positive shopping experience and contributing to the overall success of our retail environment. Duties Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all stock is well-displayed. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and promote special offers. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about new items and promotions. Assist in restocking shelves and managing inventory levels as needed. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Ability to perform stock management tasks, including restocking shelves and organizing displays. Familiarity with product demos and upselling techniques to drive sales.
