The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, answering phone calls, processing payments, answering questions, cleaning, restocking, running food, packaging orders and assisting other team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Pay is hourly. Shifts are 10:30am-4pm, 10:30am-8pm, or 4pm-9pm

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to customers in store and on the phone. Be knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the company. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Take orders in-person and on the phone. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Keep up to date with new products and promotions. Qualifications Proven experience in food service and quick service restaurant environments Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems, including Aloha and Micros Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices Ability to manage time efficiently and upsell products Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and transactions
