We’re a high volume café with a friendly and hardworking team that takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and serving our customers with care. We’re currently looking for someone to join us weekends only. This role has the potential to grow into more if it’s a great fit. This role is best suited for someone who genuinely likes to keep busy , works well and stays calm in high-volume situations, and thrives in a team centric environment where everyone pulls their weight.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in fast-paced setting is required POS experience is a plus , but not required Someone who is polite, hospitable, and attentive to customers Able to confirm orders clearly, make product suggestions , and answer customer questions or know how to find the answer quickly Must be proactive. If you don’t know what to do, ask how you can help Willing to learn from mistakes and retain new information Comfortable with constructive feedback and open to continued learning Eligible for the employee run, owner administered tip pool after being trained and certified in relevant responsibilities Downtime duties include: Wiping tables, restocking the pastry case, refilling brewed coffee Tidying the customer station (sugars, utensils, etc.) Helping keep the space clean, organized, and ready for service We’re a well-oiled machine with a crew that works hard, supports each other, and has fun doing it. We take customer service seriously and rely on one another to keep the energy high and the standards even higher.

Compensation:

Hourly pay starts between $11.50 – $15.50 , depending on experience All front-of-house staff, including cashiers are eligible for the employee run tip pool. If you’re someone who wants to work with purpose, grow with a team, and genuinely contribute to something great, we’d love to hear from you.
