Responsibilities:

Front-of-House Cashier:

Efficiently process customer transactions using our point-of-sale system. Maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Provide friendly and prompt service to customers. •

Guest Relations Specialist:

Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers. Assist customers with inquiries, product location, and general information. Proactively address and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. Collect and utilize customer feedback to enhance overall satisfaction.

Compensation:

$16/hr plus house pulled tips

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Cash handling experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
