ResponsibilitiesThis position is primarily responsible for protecting the companyassets by reconciling store bank deposits, credit card transactionsand completing account reconciliations. Also, audit daily salestransactions from stores and Ecommerce sites. Position will assumeresponsibility for reconciling daily store banking for Spencer andSpirit including cash deposits and credit card transactions Preparethe bi-weekly cashbook deposit, sort and distribute mail, and sealchecks from Accounts Payable Assist with completing monthly accountreconciliations for Spencer and Spirit stores in the US and CanadaPerform daily audit of POS register sale transactions LearnEcommerce transactional flow and resolve guest services customerissues Qualifications Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent fromtwo-year college or technical school; or six months to one yearrelated experience and/or training; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience Experience with various Accountingsoftware, Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel Excellent verbaland written communication skills Excellent organizational skillsExtremely detail-oriented Knowledge of banking procedures ishelpful Excellent use of time management, multi-tasking andfollow-through The pay range reflects the potential base salaryrange for this role. Individual base pay is determined by variousfactors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope andresponsibilities of the position. Pay Range $45,000 – $60,000
