Full Job Description Job Title:

Barista/Cashier/Bubble Tea Employee Successful candidate has to be available to have full availability on Saturday/Sunday, and have availability to cover some weekdays. It is part time position. One shift is guaranteed. However, more shifts will depend on business.

Responsibilities:

§ Provide good hospitality to all customers in the form of greeting customers, taking orders, handing out orders, and providing help as necessary. § Perform drink-making duties with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to SOPs of the company. § Perform cash handling duties with efficiency and accuracy. § Cook and prepare ingredients in kitchen, adhering to SOPS of the company. § Participate in opening and closing, with efficiency. § Maintaining cleanliness of store. § Assist on tasks as requested by management.

Rate:

Starting rate range will be $13 / hour. Operations and requirements during the health crisis: § Masks are provided to staff § Social distancing will be enforced on the premises whenever possible § All the above are subject to reasonable change at any time depending on conditions at the time

Requirements:

Authorized to work in the U.S. Able to speak English. Able to understand and follow rules and procedures. Able to follow directions from managers and shift leads and perform duties assigned. Able to receive constructive criticism in a professional manner. Able to interact productively and professionally with co-workers. Able to report to work at scheduled time and to fulfill job requirements for the duration of shift or until relieved of duties. Able to maintain punctual attendance per company policy consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Able to lift and move at least 50 pounds. Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Able to work well under pressure and multitask. Able to work fast-pace environment.

Preference:

• Be able to work with us long term. • Work availability could cover both weekend shifts and weekday shifts.
