Our work environment includes:

Retail Sales Associate Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
• Process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and gift card payments
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Assist with inventory management and replenishment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and effectively manage inventory
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional service
• Proficiency in operating POS systems for accurate transaction processing
• Knowledge of technology products to assist customers with their purchase decisions
• Experience in electronics sales is a plus
• Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash accurately
