This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our members. Duties Greet and assist members as they enter the facility, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling. Conduct product demonstrations to educate members about various offerings. Assist with stock management, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized. Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling products to enhance member satisfaction. Maintain effective communication with team members and management to ensure smooth operations. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to member inquiries or concerns. Qualifications Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage stock and inventory efficiently.
