Bears Den Cashier Tarbell Management Group LLC 26 Eagle Drive, Akwesasne, NY 13655 Bear’s Den is looking for a Cashier to join our team in a part-time, customer-facing role. What You’ll Do:

Greet every customer with a smile and deliver outstanding service with enthusiasm. Assist customers with questions, complaints, or concerns, and promptly inform management of any issues. Operate a POS register to accurately process transactions using cash, card, or other accepted payments. Stock and clean inventory areas while maintaining store presentation to company standards. Perform store cleanliness duties, including exterior areas such as the parking lot, windows, and garbage cans. Complete daily cash handling paperwork and follow proper procedures. Follow company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for safety, cleanliness, and merchandising. Participate in daily safety checks to ensure a hazard-free environment. Work as part of a supportive, collaborative team to maintain smooth store operations.

What You Bring:

Previous customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Basic math skills and ability to make correct change. Willingness to adhere to policies and procedures and follow instructions. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods and walk frequently. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., including inventory and milk crates. Frequent reaching, bending, and manual handling tasks. Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures (coolers, hot food areas). Regular exposure to cleaning products and basic safety equipment use. Why Join Us?
