Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately. Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin Donuts standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas to meet health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Demonstrate time management skills by prioritizing tasks effectively during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for culinary arts and food preparation is desirable. Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
