Position Summary:
We are hiring a Cash Collection Associate/Cashier who is responsible for posting payments, collecting cash, and checking managed care/insurance.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Bilingual Spanish/English required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 1 year of related experience in cash handling.
Key Duties:
Collects payments for medical, dental and diagnostic patient visits. Reconciles money at beginning and end of shift. Verifies insurance, answers telephones, and assists with other related tasks and activities assigned Ensures quality customer service.
Starting Compensation:

Insurance Work Environment Type, Location, and Schedule:
This position is based in Corona, Queens and requires a 40 hour/week commitment, including shifts that fall on the weekend. Must be able to work Monday – Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:30pm and Saturdays 7:00am-1:30pm. (off Thursdays and Sundays)
