In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and purchasing items from customers, providing loans against collateral, and facilitating the sale of items in our store. Your expertise in assessing the value of various products and your ability to deliver exceptional customer service will be essential to our success.use of bravo would be excellent , acessing gold . diamonds . watches , experience essential Duties Evaluate and appraise items brought in by customers for pawn or sale. Provide loans based on the assessed value of collateral while ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory management using a POS system. Assist customers with inquiries, providing information about products and services. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and register operations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance customer experience. Uphold excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries. Skills Strong background in customer service Proficiency with cash handling processes, including operating a cash register. Ability to effectively use POS systems for transaction processing.
