Position:

Team Member – Noodle & Bubble Tea Specialist (Queens Center Mall) In this role, you’ll rotate between stations: noodle prep, bubble tea drinks, and front-of-house cashier. We’re looking for someone upbeat, flexible, and ready to jump into a fast-paced team. Whether you’re cooking noodles or shaking up teas, you’ll be a key part of delivering awesome guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Noodle Prep:

Cook or assist with hand-pulled noodles based on standard recipes and guest requests

Bubble Tea Station:

Make drinks quickly and consistently with quality and accuracy

Cashier Duties:

Greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and keep the line moving

Customer Service:

Be positive, helpful, and responsive to all guest needs

Clean & Stock:

Keep your station tidy and well-stocked during your shift

Team Support:

Help with restocking, prep, and training across stations

Requirements:

Prior restaurant or fast-casual experience required Noodle pulling or cooking experience preferred Experience with bubble tea, coffee, or barista work is a plus Familiarity with Asian flavors or dishes is a big plus Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods Great attitude, multitasking skills, and willingness to learn Must have weekend and evening availability Must be able to commute to
