What You’ll Do:

Process transactions quickly and accurately using cash registers, ensuring a smooth checkout experience. Provide exceptional customer service by warmly assisting shoppers with their questions and needs. Efficiently manage inventory by tracking stock levels with RF scanners . Handle incoming products by loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring proper storage. Keep shelves fully stocked and organized with both produce and packaged goods, following merchandising standards. Maintain a clean and organized store environment , including work areas and customer-facing spaces. Collaborate effectively with your team to ensure seamless operations and clear communication. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts for inventory management (training available if needed). Assist with shipping and receiving activities to maintain optimal stock levels.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred. Familiarity with inventory management practices and basic retail math is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for stocking and inventory tasks. Strong communication skills , both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage. Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and juggle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with cleaning, maintenance, and merchandising in a retail setting is beneficial. A positive, customer-focused attitude and a genuine commitment to providing an outstanding shopping experience.
