Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizza styles, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. Manage the pizza station, including menu planning and ingredient preparation. Follow recipes and presentation specifications to create visually appealing pizzas. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist in catering events as needed, showcasing our pizza offerings to clients. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Stay updated on current food trends and techniques to continuously improve menu offerings. Requirements Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably with a focus on pizza or Italian cuisine. Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations. Proficiency in knife skills and various cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Experience in fine dining or catering is a plus but not required.
