Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle transactions accurately. You will be the face of Jo Jo’s Pizza, ensuring our customers receive prompt and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist customers with menu inquiries and suggest additional items.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues as needed.
• Ensure proper cash handling and balance cash register at the end of shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
