Responsibilities:

• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Sell products and services to customers
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Cash handling experience is preferred
• Strong math skills and ability to perform retail math calculations
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of technology products for sales purposes is beneficial
• Familiarity with phone etiquette is desired
