Pay rate is negotiable and will be based on experience.

Duties:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and ingredients
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Skills:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
• Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
• Proficiency in math, including basic math calculations and retail math for cash handling
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, gain experience in the food industry, and develop customer service skills.
