Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for many of our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. You’ll be responsible for processing payments, answering questions, and helping guests feel ready and excited for their river trip.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Accurately process payments using our POS system Answer phone calls and assist with bookings and trip info Provide general information about our river trips, safety, and policies Maintain a clean and organized check-in area Communicate with shuttle drivers and river staff as needed Help with light cleaning or restocking tasks as time allows Be ready to pitch in with other duties during busy times

Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions Comfortable using a point-of-sale system (training provided) Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment Enjoys working outdoors and interacting with guests Punctual and dependable Prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus Must be at least 16 years old

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

From $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
