The Stocker plays a crucial role in ensuring that our products are well-organized, accessible, and presented in an appealing manner. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail. The Stocker will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and assisting with the overall operation of the store or warehouse. Duties Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and manage stock levels effectively. Organize and restock shelves with products, ensuring proper placement and visibility. Operate pallet jacks safely to move merchandise throughout the warehouse or store. Package items for display or sale, ensuring they meet quality standards. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization within the store or warehouse. Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and locating items as needed. Support sales efforts by ensuring that promotional displays are set up correctly and replenished as necessary. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or grocery store setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. Experience operating pallet jacks or similar equipment is advantageous. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse customers can enhance service delivery.
