The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to handle transactions accurately while providing an exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers feel welcomed and valued. Duties Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using the Aloha POS system. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the customer experience. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Manage time effectively to minimize wait times for customers while maintaining quality service. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards is beneficial. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy setting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members. A passion for the food industry and providing outstanding service is essential.
