Ice Cream Scooper/Cashier The Gelatist 1616 Woodruff Road, Greenville, SC 29607 Job Summary ob description Job Overview At The Gelatist , we specialize in crafting artisanal gelato made fresh in-house, and we’re looking for a passionate Ice Cream Scooper to join our team! If you love ice cream, pastries, and creating a memorable customer experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As an Ice Cream Scooper, you’ll play a key role in serving our delicious gelato and creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our customers. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, fun environment and help us bring a fresh, exciting concept to Greenville.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Serve gelato and other frozen treats to customers with a smile. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for every guest. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Handle cash and register transactions accurately. Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for gelato, pastries, and providing top-notch customer service.
Qualifications:
A love for ice cream and desserts, and a passion for sharing that love with customers. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required. Why Join Us?
