Performs a wide variety of duties to include but not limited to: dining area cleanliness, sets up and stock service area and service all customers using exceptional customer service skills. Team Member must ensure a standard of cleanliness in the service area by completing sanitation responsibilities as assigned and required by DHEC and SRH. Upholds proper and safe food handling practices and hand hygiene practices at all times. Completes food service reports, records and logs as related to area of work.
