The ideal candidate will take orders, handle payments, and serve food with a smile from our service window, ensuring every customer has a great experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately at the service window. Process cash, card, and digital payments quickly and correctly. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring orders are complete and presented nicely. Keep the service window area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies like napkins and condiments. Answer customer questions about menu items and handle special requests with care. Work with the kitchen team to ensure orders are fulfilled quickly during busy times. Balance the cash register at the start and end of shifts, reporting any discrepancies. Skills Excellent customer service skills with a positive and approachable attitude. Comfortable handling cash and using point-of-sale systems for payments. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and focused. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and coordinate with the team. Basic math skills for processing transactions and giving change accurately. Willingness to learn the menu and assist customers with questions or recommendations. Team player who enjoys creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
