Sales Associate:

Those who have knowledge and experience with our industry products; such as CBD, Hookah, Vapes, Glass, Pipes, etc. A motivated self-starter who has discipline and a genuine passion/interest in smoke and vape industry. A reliable individual who can work with integrity A friendly face who can demonstrate our industry leading customer service Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting every guest every time. Make a genuine connection with guests by engaging in friendly and conversation throughout each transaction; asking open ended questions about the guest’s shopping experience and using those questions to assess, understand, and determine how to tailor your approach. Speak on the benefits of the rewards points with every guest and assist them through the application process. Maintain a clean, clutter free work area (including gathering abandoned items, trash, loose papers, food, etc.) Stock supplies during store open hours while being available for the guest.
