Team Member:

Cashier & Salad Builder, you will be an ambassador of Greenery Co.’s beliefs. You will be a key part of the guest experience through face-to-face customer interactions and our one-on-one service model. The team member will be responsible for crafting thoughtful and personalized experiences for our guests from greeting them, making their salads on the line, and ending their experience at the cash register. Responsibilities The team member maintains cleanliness of front line, lobby, bathrooms, and patio area. Take out lobby trash, bus and clean tables and chairs. Restock utensils, napkins, and bathrooms Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing salad menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests The cashier ensures all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards, eliminating cross-contamination on the front line Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling Set up, maintain, and break down front line area Our cashiers operate the POS register to complete customer transactions Greet guests, guide the customer journey, resolve guest issues, and properly inform guests of cashless transactions The cashier maintains cleanliness and organization of online-ordering (OLO) pick-up area; organize OLO shelf, and help guests locate their salads Requirements/Desired Traits Food, Restaurant, Team and/or Customer Service experience A team player with a positive proactive attitude Ability to keep a positive attitude and “work with a smile” even during difficult periods Quick and adaptable learner Excellent and collaborative communication skills A knack for delivering personable customer service and a desire to make connections with guests everyday Accountable for upholding high standards Availability from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm for AM Shifts Availability from 4:00 pm – 9:30 pm for PM Shifts Open Weekend availability is a MUST!
