Cashier Toot’s South 2992 South Church Street, Murfreesboro, TN 37127 Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while handling transactions in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring a positive experience for our customers, as well as maintaining the smooth operation of our cash register and food service areas. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed. Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using the cash register. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Take customer’s orders and input into POS system. Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring cleanliness in dining areas. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in a quick service fast food restaurant or café setting. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register. Basic knowledge of food service operations and food safety practices. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Must be 18 or older. Starting pay is $8/hour plus tips. Walk with tips daily.
