Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Food Preparation Worker to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to food safety and hygiene, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a quick service fast food restaurant setting. The Food Preparation Worker will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant
• Assist with food handling and storage procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform bussing duties and maintain a clean dining area
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service
• Follow food safety guidelines and protocols to prevent cross-contamination
• Maintain accurate records of food inventory and sales
• Perform cash handling and retail math tasks
• Provide support to other staff members as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in the food industry, preferably in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to assist with bussing duties and maintain a clean dining area
• Familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures
• Willingness to help other staff members as needed
