Food Service Cashier Red Box Hibachi 3422 Winfield Dunn Parkway, Kodak, TN 37764 Red Box Hibachi is hiring front of the house staff for our location in Kodak. As a front of the house team member, you’ll be a key part of our guest experience, providing excellent customer service and handling transactions with speed and accuracy. Pay Rate:

$16 – $20 per hour

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, offering suggestions and answering menu questions. Process transactions quickly and correctly, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring adequate supplies are stocked. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and professional attitude. Assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed, such as bussing tables or running food, contributing to a smooth service flow. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and food safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

2+ years food service experience within the last 4 years. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A stable employment history demonstrating reliability and dedication. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, quick-service environment. Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate transactions. Ability to stand for extended periods. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mentality.
