Full Job Description Job Summary/Overview:

“Share the joy of sweet treats in a unique setting! As a Guest Happiness Creator at Uncle Leroy’s Candy Kitchen, located inside the new Truth Traveler, you’ll craft delicious treats and provide exceptional service, creating lasting memories for our guests.”

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and positive experience for all guests. Engage with guests, answering questions about products, ingredients, and the Truth Traveler attraction. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments. Promote special offers and upselling opportunities to maximize sales. Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Prepare and package a variety of sweet treats, including fudge, cookies, brittle, and other confectionery items. Follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistent product quality and taste. Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety guidelines. Assist with inventory management, including stocking and rotating products. Learn and master the art of fudge making (if applicable). Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the sales floor, kitchen, and storage areas. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up displays, counting drawers, and cleaning. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and packaging machines. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive attitude and a passion for creating a joyful guest experience. Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with others. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash. Ability to stand for extended periods (breaks provided). Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
