What We Need Corpay is currently seeking a Senior Vice Presidentof Field Sales to lead our Enterprise Lodging Sales Team. This is aremote leadership position (open to candidates anywhere in thecontinental US), responsible for managing a team of 7-10 FieldSales Executives focused on enterprise-level B2B customers. In thisrole, you will drive strategic growth across a complex clientbase—helping your team expand wallet share, close high-value deals,and deliver tailored lodging and expense solutions to national andmulti-site organizations. You will report to the SVP of Lodging andcollaborate cross-functionally with product, implementation, andcustomer success teams to ensure exceptional outcomes forenterprise clients. How We Work As a VP of Field Sales, you willoperate remotely while benefiting from robust support and tools,including: Company-issued technology and home office setup Ongoingenablement and formal leadership training Access to advanced CRMand reporting platforms High-touch collaboration with leadershipand cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities Drive revenuegrowth by leading your team in closing new enterprise businessacross Corpay’s Lodging suite (discounted lodging solutions, directbilling, and expense management tools) Develop and executestrategic plans for penetrating large and complex accounts acrossindustries such as construction, logistics, energy, and governmentcontracting Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing enterprisesales reps, with a focus on long-cycle deal strategy, executivestakeholder engagement, and value-based selling Monitor teamperformance using KPIs such as pipeline velocity, deal size, winrate, and enterprise client onboarding success Partner withProduct, Implementation, and Client Success teams to ensure smoothtransitions from sale to delivery for enterprise-level customersLead recruiting, training, and performance management for the fieldteam, with an emphasis on continuous development and marketintelligence Conduct joint field visits, executive-level salescalls, and strategic planning sessions with reps and customersRepresent Corpay Lodging at major industry conferences andenterprise networking events Provide detailed business forecastsand reporting to executive leadership Manage team-related travel,entertainment, and operational budgets Ideal Candidate Profile 6years of enterprise B2B sales leadership experience, with a proventrack record of managing high-performing sales teams selling intolarge, multi-location organizations Background in long-cycle,complex deal management with C-level buyer engagement Provensuccess in high-growth environments focused on hunting and net-newrevenue generation Deep understanding of enterprise buyingprocesses, solution selling methodologies, and the ability to coachteam members on consultative and strategic sales tactics Experienceselling into industries with decentralized or traveling workforcesis a strong plus (e.g., construction, utilities, transportation,healthcare, etc.) Strong command of sales operations, forecasting,pipeline management, and CRM best practices (Salesforce preferred)Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsMotivated by team success, operational efficiency, and continuouslearning Benefits & Perks Competitive base salary uncappedcommissions Monthly car, fuel, and home office allowances Medical,Dental & Vision benefits starting the first month after hire 401(k)with company match Generous PTO policy including holidays,vacation, personal, sick, and volunteer time Virtual fitnessclasses and wellness resources National and local discounts (e.g.,gyms, rental cars, tech, etc.) Inclusive, energetic culture withregular incentives, recognition, and contests Equal OpportunityEmployer Corpay is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverseworkforce.
