Job Description
Full time rental agent The Pelican Condominium New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169 Seeking a full-time rental agent/receptionist for a very busy oceanfront condominium. Must be able to work on Saturdays and some holidays. Duties include answering phones, making reservations, checking in guests, writing up maintenance requests, coordinating unit cleans, and other assorted duties. Must be very detail oriented and must be able to multi-task in a busy environment. Great customer service skills are required as you will be interacting with our guests, owners, and vendors. We are looking for a highly motivated, team player to join our dedicated team. Benefits are available after 60 days. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.
