OCALA AND GAINESVILLE.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community, promoting our initiatives, and gathering valuable feedback. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with people. This is canvassing door-to-door, not really selling a paint job, but bringing to the customers attention that they need there home painted. ” 1 minute” per potential customer is all it takes , your goal will be to effectively communicate our message, and leave them with a flyer or card and let them do the rest. Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with community members and promote our initiatives. Utilize strong sales techniques to negotiate and communicate effectively with potential customers Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns from from them. Gather feedback from the them to help inform future strategies and initiatives. Market our programs and services while maintaining a positive image of the organization. Supervise and train new canvassers as needed, ensuring adherence to best practices. Utilize bilingual skills to reach a broader audience, enhancing communication efforts. Experience Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred. Familiarity with electioneering or grassroots campaigning is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively. Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally. Experience in supervising teams or training new staff is beneficial but not required. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance outreach efforts.
