Job Overview We’re seeking a high-energy, aggressive Door-to-Door Salesperson. You’ll drive revenue by canvassing neighborhoods, generating leads, and closing deals for our painting services. If you thrive on competition, rejection, and crushing quotas, this is your chance to shine.
Responsibilities Lead Generation :
Proactively knock on doors in targeted neighborhoods to pitch Blu Baboon’s painting services.
Sales Pitch :
Deliver compelling, high-energy presentations to homeowners and businesses, showcasing our quality and value.
Close Deals :
Negotiate and secure contracts on the spot, using aggressive yet ethical sales tactics.
Follow-Up :
Maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups to convert leads into clients.
Reporting :
Track daily activities, leads, and sales in our CRM system.
Market Awareness :
Stay informed about local competitors and market trends to refine your approach.
Qualifications Mindset :
Obsessed with winning, resilient to rejection, and driven by commission-based earnings.
Sales Experience :
1+ years in door-to-door or high-pressure sales preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
Communication :
Charismatic, persuasive, and able to connect with diverse homeowners and business owners.
Work Ethic :
Self-motivated, willing to work evenings/weekends, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Physical Stamina :
Able to walk neighborhoods for extended periods in various weather conditions.
License :
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
Inspiration :
Familiarity with Andy Elliott’s high-intensity sales strategies or PBD’s entrepreneurial mindset a plus.
Compensation & Benefits Commission-Based :
Uncapped earning potential; 10-15% commission per closed deal (avg. deal $5,000-$10,000).
