Full Job Description Overview:

As a representative, this position will be in charge of scheduling and verifying appointment times with potential clients for their home improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the initial point of contact for the company, engaging with potential customers door-to-door in a friendly and professional manner. Clearly and concisely articulate the value proposition of our products/services. Identify and qualify potential customers based on established criteria. Successfully schedule qualified appointments for in-home consultations with our sales team. Accurately document and track all interactions, leads, and appointments in our CRM system using a company-provided tablet/smartphone. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting. Represent [Your Company Name] with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and strategies.
