As a 100% commission-based contractor, you will play a vital role in generating service contracts for our valet trash and auto/RV detailing services by engaging directly with property managers, dealerships, and local businesses. This is a high-opportunity role for someone who enjoys independence, flexible hours, and unlimited earning potential. The ideal candidate has a sales mindset, strong people skills, and the confidence to represent a growing brand in the field. Duties Conduct door-to-door outreach to apartment complexes, car dealerships, and RV lots to present our services Engage prospects through phone calls, email, and in-person visits to generate leads and close deals Present and promote valet trash and detailing services with professionalism and clarity Track leads, conversations, and contracts using simple reporting tools Collaborate with the office team for seamless onboarding of new clients Build long-term relationships with property managers and business owners Represent 3kingservice at networking events or local community opportunities when needed Provide feedback on customer insights, objections, and sales trends Skills Previous experience in sales, marketing, or canvassing (especially in services or B2B) Strong understanding of field marketing tactics and direct outreach Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both in person and over the phone Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Resilient and persistent
