This is a part-time, on-call opportunity , perfect for those looking for flexible, physical work with a team that helps create unforgettable events across the area. Whether you’re experienced in event setups or just eager to learn, this role offers hands-on work involving the delivery, setup, and breakdown of rental equipment including tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, staging, and more. Responsibilities Load and unload event rental equipment. Set up and break down equipment at event sites safely and efficiently. Follow instructions and layout plans from team leads. Maintain a clean, organized work environment both on-site and in our storage area. Represent Sunshine Party & Event Rentals with professionalism when interacting with clients. Be available for early mornings, late evenings, and weekend shifts when needed. Requirements Must be dependable and responsive to scheduling calls. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable with physical tasks and being on your feet for extended periods. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. A valid driver’s license is strongly preferred. Candidates with a license may be considered for driving responsibilities and may receive more consistent scheduling. Experience in event setup, moving, landscaping, or similar labor-intensive jobs is helpful but not necessary—we’re willing to train the right candidates.
