ASAP We are looking for a results-driven Roofing Salesman to lead and help scale our sales operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales leadership, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Canvass, set and sell!
EASY MONEY
Set and monitor sales targets for individuals and the team Assist with in-home consultations and closing residential roofing deals Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate estimates Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead flow and customer satisfaction Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service
Qualifications:
Proven leadership or management experience Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Self-starter with a competitive mindset Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
